Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this information carefully before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data by:

  1. Opening the AI UGC Creator mobile app
  2. Going to Account Settings
  3. Selecting "Delete Account"
  4. Confirming your request through email verification

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will remove:

  • Your account profile and authentication data
  • Generated videos and content (subject to our Terms of Service regarding content ownership)
  • Usage history and preferences
  • Any other data associated with your account

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law, for legal compliance, or to protect our rights, even after account deletion:

  • Information required by law for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes
  • Aggregated or anonymized data used for analytics and service improvement
  • Data necessary to protect our legal rights or resolve disputes

Content Ownership After Deletion

Important information about content ownership after account deletion:

Free Tier Users

For users on the Free tier, Byveya retains ownership of all AI-generated content. We reserve the right to continue using, promoting, and sharing this content publicly across all platforms for marketing, promotional, and business development purposes.

Paid Tier Users

For Pro and Premium tier users, you retain ownership of AI-generated content created through the Service. However, once your account is deleted, you will lose access to this content through our platform.

Alternative Options

If you're not ready to permanently delete your account, consider these alternatives:

  • Downgrade to Free Tier: Reduce your subscription level while keeping your account active
  • Temporary Deactivation: Contact support to temporarily disable your account
  • Data Export: Request a copy of your data before deletion
